  4. Conrad Tao’s “iridescence,” a piece for piano and iPad, will appear on his forthcoming debut album Voyages, but you can see him play it live at LPR on Tuesday!

  6. Acclaimed composer, pianist and violinist Conrad Tao recently signed with EMI and will release his debut LP Voyages next month. No need to wait, though, because Tao plays LPR Tuesday!

    Voyages (and tomorrow’s concert) will feature the music of Ravel, Rachmaninoff and Meredith Monk, along with Tao’s own compositions. Watch his video for Monk’s “Railroad” above!

  9. Broadway’s Lindsay Mendez (vocals) and Marco Paguia (piano) play LPR Saturday evening. The show (a Time Out New York Critics’ Pick) will celebrate their new album This Time! Here they are performing “No One” by Alicia Keys.

     

  10. Over at Consequence of Sound’s Rock It Out blog LPR has been featured in their RiO! Backstage series highlighting great venues around the country. We’re glad to be featured alongside some other really amazing venues. They did a great job capturing what LPR is about.
